High Temperature Geomembrane Liners

TCI’s EverLiner™ is a major breakthrough for use as secondary containment liners, geomembrane liners, PFAS Containment Liners, geotextiles, and spill containment materials for corrosive containment and high temperature applications. Unlike competitive materials, this unique, 100% PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) material is guaranteed to be corrosion free, even in the most challenging applications. Some of the benefits of our EverLiner™ material include its multi-directional strength, UV resistance, and stress crack immunity. This rugged material has excellent tear and puncture resistance and it can be easily patched if damaged during installation using a simple and quick sealing process. Seaming can be done both in the factory or in the field.

Compared to most companies who offer several material options for secondary spill containment, TCI only offers one material that delivers an unparalleled performance. EverLiner™ can withstand a wide range of temperatures, from -425°F (-254°C) to 600°F (316°C). EverLiner™ also comes in variety of available thicknesses between 0.003” (0.076 mm) and 0.060” (1.52 mm), making it the ideal solution for every conceivable type of tank and containment vessel. Because of its unique multidirectional strength and stress-crack resistance, EverLiner™ is a self-supporting material. Reinforcements, which are susceptible to chemical attack, are not needed. EverLiner™ has an unlimited shelf life and will not contaminate the surrounding environment. For lifetime containment, use EverLiner™ containment liners.
